The Job Coach is responsible for providing direct support and guidance to individuals with disabilities in workplace settings. This position focuses on fostering independence, building job skills, and ensuring successful integration into the workplace. The Job Coach works closely with clients, parents, employers, and Directing My Life staff to create a supportive and productive environment.
Community Engagement Facilitator
The Community Engagement Facilitator at Directing My Life, LLC will play a crucial role in fostering participation by individuals with disabilities during social events and activities. This position involves working closely with clients in various community settings, ensuring their safety, promoting positive social interactions, and encouraging effective communication. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage group dynamics in diverse environments.
