Our Job Skills Training Class meets each Saturday and focuses on building practical, hands-on skills used in real work settings. Participants practice a variety of job tasks while also developing essential workplace behaviors that employers value.
Hands-on job tasks (such as clerical, retail, assembly, and basic workplace duties)
Following directions and staying on task
Communication and teamwork on the job
Problem-solving and work readiness skills
Each class provides structured support in a positive, low-pressure environment to help participants gain confidence and independence at work.
This series is best for individuals with disabilities who have little or no prior work experience, need some support to learn specific skills, and would benefit from practicing real-life job tasks.
